Use

Fraissite (No. 12) is a chemical mixture consisting of 50% benzyl iodide (Fraissite), 12.5% benzyl chloride, and 37.5% of oil of turpentine combined with Opacite (stannic chloride) in a separate tube with a mixture ration of 1 to 4. Benzyl iodide (Fraissite) is a low volatility lachrymatory agent. Its lethal concentration is 3.00 milligrams per liter with a 10 minute exposure time. Due to its low volatility, it is usually mixed with benzyl chloride when employed in the field.
